 Welcome to Chainsaw Design
Carvings, our online gallery of chainsaw sculpture. Every piece is individually
carved by either Bruce Goode or son (Bruce E.) out of lodgepole or yellow pine.
All carvings are done from dry, seasoned pine for best results. We don't cut
down trees for carvings. Our wood comes from fallen or dead standing trees taken
from our timber property near Idaho City, Idaho.
This is a HOBBY for us; so you won't find a large selection to chose from and
we never seem to have enough inventory to actually open for sales.
We strive for a quality nice looking carving - you won't ever mistake our
work for the "award winning" ART that the contest winners produce.
But you will find affordable carvings that you will be proud to welcome into
your family.
